Em uma grande iniciativa principalmente para o setor produtivo, o deputado federal L\u00facio Mosquini, do MDB de Rond\u00f4nia, apresentou o Projeto de Lei n\u00ba 809\/2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O objetivo desse projeto \u00e9 analisar fatos ocorridos antes de 2012, e regularizar o desmatamento que respeitou as normas vigente no c\u00f3digo florestal nesse per\u00edodo.
O projeto prop\u00f5e uma an\u00e1lise criteriosa e a possibilidade de legaliza\u00e7\u00e3o das \u00e1reas desmatadas at\u00e9 aquele ano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A justificativa do deputado \u00e9 que muitos produtores rurais e propriet\u00e1rios de terras enfrentam dificuldades devido a pend\u00eancias ambientais relacionadas a desmatamentos anteriores a 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O novo projeto de lei prev\u00ea que seja inserido no Artigo 17, que a supress\u00e3o da vegeta\u00e7\u00e3o nativa ou regenerada, realizada anteriormente a data de 25 de maio de 2012, sem licen\u00e7a ambiental, mas executadas dentro dos limites percentuais da reserva legal, na conformidade do Art. 12, incisos I e II, n\u00e3o se enquadram como infra\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sendo assim, o deputado federal L\u00facio Mosquini pede em seu projeto de lei que as multas aplicadas em decorr\u00eancia da supress\u00e3o pela falta de licenciamento ambiental, na conformidade do caput, ser\u00e3o anistiadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O PL n\u00ba 809\/2024 est\u00e1 em tramita\u00e7\u00e3o na C\u00e2mara dos Deputados e deve ser debatido em comiss\u00f5es e no plen\u00e1rio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A sociedade, os especialistas e os demais parlamentares acompanham de perto essa importante proposta, que pode ter implica\u00e7\u00f5es significativas para o futuro da agricultura no Brasil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
